Architect Eddie Talerman asked us to consult on his family’s new home overlooking Lake Washington. The design of the house was complete and while it met their programmatic needs, he felt there was something more that the home could become. Working within the parameters of the approved plans, we proposed modifications to the volumes, fenestration, materials, and outdoor living areas of the house. This aesthetic endeavor was guided by Eddie’s original parti and the family’s vision for their home. Our goal was to realign the expression of the house with the original design intent.
