This 1920’s brick colonial had over thirty years of deferred maintenance when the current owners acquired the property. An extensive remodel saw the structure taken down to the studs and seismically retrofitted. During construction the house was insulated and the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems were replaced.
The home, with views of Lake Washington, was remodeled in a traditional style befitting its architectural language and the owner’s distinctive taste. A historic color scheme was selected and many of the original trim and casework details were recreated in our effort to restore the house to its original grandeur.
